A rival facade

David and Marian, longtime customers from the USA, have read my “Flower Power” post and sent me this photo. They have just spent three weeks in Berlin, staying in our apartment in the Kantstrasse 32.
And then I saw this house …
Now that I’m looking at this beautiful Rose Facade, I remember that the owner of our “Flower Power” apartment in the Dunckerstrasse 20 told me, once they had decided to re-create the facade of their house, they were looking for a professional sprayer to do the job and engaged one who has already created a new face for the facade in the Dunckerstrasse 12. So the Rose Facade was there first, followed by the Sun Flowers Facade, which I have called “Flower Power”.
Doesn’t this call for a photo collection of extraordinary Berlin facades? If you have a great photo of such a location please let me know!
