The second-floor (with elevator) two-room apartment opens up on both the Duncker Strasse and the building’s courtyard, and is quiet and comfortable. Total floorspace is 65 square meters. The color-coordinated interior has just been renovated. The living/dining room has polished wood floors, a comfortable sofa with coffee table, and a balcony that opens up onto the Duncker Strasse. The bedroom has two single beds (120 x 200cm) and an armoire. Two additional single beds are built into the wall cabinet in the living rooms, and can be folded away when not required. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, toaster coffee machine, stove/oven, microwave oven, and a table seating three.
