Our customary payment policy entails payment in two stages, a deposit due within one week of completing the booking and signing the Booking Confirmation, and the balance of the rental amount usually due in cash upon arrival at the apartment in Berlin. The deposit may be paid via electronic bank transfer to our German bank account or with credit card, using the PayPal System, a secure, efficient Internet-based payment option.
